Kempsville Lake Community Association, Inc.

The Clubhouse is available for rental to residents of Kempsville Lake.  The usage fee is $50 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours and maximum of 8 hours.  The cash security deposit is $350.00.  

The playground is designed for children ages 12 and under.

The tennis courts are kept locked when not in use. Residents may purchase a key from the Management Office.

THE TENNIS COURTS ARE UNRENOVATION AND CLOSED FOR USE.
